Deluxe Cocktail Set in Burnt Toast Satin Lacquer

This classy Deluxe Cocktail Kit features a beautiful Burnt Toast satin lacquer fade.  Created entirely with our environmentally friendly water-based lacquers the satin sheen and pronounced grain make this one beautiful setup.  Features include the standard 10″x6″ snare, 10″x8″ tom, and 16″x24″ cocktail drum featuring our fully interchangeable mounting system.  The air brushing is done as a burst on the main drum, and a fade on the tom and snare, so when the kit is setup the finish matches across the drums.  Looks great, check it out:

Phatties with a Emerald Satin Burst, Brushed Hardware

This striking set of Phattie’s features a deep emerald green satin lacquer with an airbrushed burst that carries over onto the custom wood hoops.  A brushed satin finish on the hardware is the perfect compliment to the satin lacquer.  Sizes include a 12″x9″ rack tom, 14″x14″ and 16″x16″ floor toms, a 22″x20″ bass, and a matching 14″x6″ snare drum.  All drums feature claw-style wood hoops that give them a huge, deep, and warm sound.  Great sizes, great finish, and an overall vibe that won’t be going out of style.  Check it out:

Deluxe Cocktail Kit in Vintage Gold Glass Glitter

Today’s kit is a Deluxe Cocktail Kit in True Gold Glass Glitter.  Featuring the standard 10″x6″ snare, 10″x8″ tom, and 16″x24″ cocktail drum, the finish on this kit really pops.  The wrap is new-old-stock pulled for this project.  Vintage wrap features crushed glass that catches the light in more ways than the current wrap on the market, and I always dig a chance to pull some of the vintage stock out and use it to make something really stunning. Bubinga Stave Phattie with Abalone Inlays

One of the more unique builds I’ve completed recently, this stave-style Bubinga kit delivers equally in sonic and visual beauty.  Made from 100% Bubinga for a solid & pure tone, the toms are lathed to 3/8″ thick while the bass and snare drum are 1/2″ thick.  The finish features a Paua Abalone inlay accented by an airbrushed burst from the center of the abalone and the top and bottom of each shell.  Black hardware and stainless steel fasteners complete this setup.  You can see a step-by-step gallery of this build on our facebook page by clicking here.  Below are a few of the completed photos, check’em out:
